Guided Alaska Hunts

Our Fully Guided Alaska Hunts are the centerpiece of our operation. In order to maintain our excellent reputation for top-quality hunts, we tailor each hunt to the exact needs and desires of our hunters.

Each of our guided hunts is a custom hunt. We offer float hunts and drop camp hunts for moose, Dall sheep, brown / grizzly bear, caribou, black bear, Rocky Mountain goat, blacktail deer, and bison.

Our arrangements are flexible and we can customize each hunt to meet your requirements. We know you have a lot invested in your hunt and we're committed to giving you the best value for your dollar.

We offer the following hunts:

Trophy Caribou Hunts are one of our specialties. We hunt thousands of acres in one of Alaska's premier trophy areas. Record caribou have been getting harder to find, however on our hunts, over the last 5 years, we have had several hunters take record book caribou.

Each hunt we see several bulls that score in the 400 inch class. If a hunter is patient, and willing to be selective, there is an excellent chance to harvest a bull caribou over 400 points.

These hunts are conducted in country that also has good grizzly and wolf populations which affords our hunters the option of combo hunts. These hunts are an incredible value at the price considering the trophy quality and potential!

Our Moose Hunting Camps are located on small, secluded lakes in the heart of prime moose country. We hunt this area by calling during the rut, and by using spot and stalk methods. This area has a good moose population and has been a good producer for us.

Float hunting has been gaining popularity in Alaska, and for good reason. It provides a relaxing way to hunt an area while allowing access to areas that would be impossible to reach otherwise. We concentrate our efforts on a smaller, very productive river system that offers a degree of isolation not found in many areas of Alaska. We float two sections of this river, so we can spread our hunters out and don't have to hunt the same ground twice during moose season.

Kodiak Brown Bear is the dream of most serious bear hunters, but most Kodiak bear tags are nearly impossible to draw.

We offer regular drawing hunts, but we also have a registration area where tags are much easier to get. This is a lodge-based, gentleman's hunt with good home-cooked meals and many other amenities that cannot be offered in a tent camp.

The lodge sits on the shores of a beautiful lake, and the outlet stream of this lake is home to several species of salmon as well as sea-run Dolly Varden. Bear hunters will enjoy fishing this river between hunting hours.

Another bonus on the lodge hunt is the possibility of taking a bison from an adjacent ranch. Our brown bear hunts are available on either Kodiak Island or the Alaska Peninsula.

Kodiak Goat and Deer Hunts  are a great adventure. Though known for its large brown bears, Kodiak Island is also a very good place to hunt Rocky Mountain goat and Sitka blacktail deer. Both species are in relative abundance here, and hunting can be quite good.

Goat tags are allocated on a drawing permit basis, and multiple deer tags are available per hunter. We recommend obtaining at least two tags, to cover yourself just in case that big boy shows up after you've taken a buck.

Our Dall Sheep Hunts are conducted in 4 different areas; the Tok Management Area, Delta Controlled-Use Area, Wrangell Mountains and the Chugach mountains. All locations offer excellent Dall sheep hunting and the potential for a big ram.

Tags are difficult to draw in the 1st two areas mentioned, but the sheep population is good and success rates are high. If you're interested in this hunt, you must apply for the drawing no later than December 6th. The results come out in February. We also hunt a selected section of the Wrangell's and Chugach Mountains.

Those familiar with these two moutain range's know that these mountains are home to some of the largest rams in Alaska. Many record-book sheep have been taken here, and the genetic potential is very good for big rams in this area. We offer hands-on assistance through the permit process, with permit results coming out in mid Feb. Following your successful draw for either the Tok or Delta area, we will work directly with you to make your dream sheep hunt a reality.
