WHAT IS AN OUTFITTED HUNT?
An outfitted hunt is any hunt where someone supplies you with the equipment you need to do your own hunt. We take that idea to the next level by also supplying you with a premium hunting area, local knowledge and expertise that will improve your chances of taking game, over-the-phone consultation with an experienced guide who will walk you through the whole process from start to finish, advice on selecting a good air charter service, and much more. It's basically a guided hunt without the guide.
We outfit the following types of hunts:
- Caribou drop-camp hunts.
- Moose drop-camp hunts.
- Float hunts for moose and / or caribou.

Many hunters prefer a non-guided hunt- for various reasons. Perhaps you're experienced enough in Alaska hunting that you don't need a guide to assist you. Perhaps you're a non-resident with enough hunting experience that you're ready to tackle Alaska.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
All of the gear we supply on our outfitted hunts is the same stuff we use in our guide camps- and the same quality we use even on our own personal hunts around the state of Alaska. Everything has been checked out and verified to be in good working order, and we include repair parts just in case something breaks out in the field. HOW DOES IT WORK?
It all starts with an over-the-phone assessment as to your requirements and needs. From there, we'll get your camp gear together for you from our ample store of top-quality gear (the same stuff we use on our guided hunts), then purchase your food per your requirements (if you desire), and select a prime hunting location for you that will give you plenty of elbow room to look for that trophy moose or caribou for your ten-day hunt. We'll even provide you with a list of reliable air charter services to get you there and back again after your hunt.
